TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services, content you submit, or violation of these Terms.
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Company related to your account, transactions, marketing, and service updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Florida.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
